is the latest student at KYT to have a STAR named after her.
Priya has earned more loyalty stars at KYT than other students which indicates she has worked hard with consistent improvement over the period of a term and a half and joins Beth Richford in the night sky.

1. How did you hear about KYT?
In a newspaper article.Then my mum took me to an audition for the KYT Agency and I was a Stage Bug for a short time.
2. How long have you been coming to KYT?
Since I was seven, which is a long, long time as I am now eleven and a half.In fact, I have been going to KYT for more than a third of my life so far.
3. What is the best part of KYT on a Saturday?
I think it must be how welcoming everyone is.
4. What is the best thing you have ever done/performed with KYT?
Probably The Petite Shop of Terrors, which was KYT's version of The Little Shop of Horrors. K, Y and T were all mixed up together to make one big cast which was fun.
5. Have you any funny stories to tell about KYT?
This happened at Chaucer School: once in the rehearsal for The Tempest we were using a smoke machine for special effects. In the smoke Priya fell of the stage. A few performances later I fell off the same stage. It must be cursed!
6. What is your dream job?
I'd like to be an actor.
7. Who is your hero?
I'm not really sure.
8. What superhero power would you like to have?
To be able to run at the speed of light, which would be a really useful power.
9. What play/show/film would you really like to be in if there was a remake of it?
Probably Star Wars because all the Special Effects would be amazing to see behind the scenes.

No auditions are necessary, but ENTHUSIASM and a POSITIVE attitude is.

Bursaries are available in certain circumstances. Classes and agency are also available for adults.
